Ken Potalivo is the CEO of ProGrowth, a highly successful firm since 1997, that specializes in supporting service professionals in their quest to build great businesses.
Ken holds a degree in Psychology from Edinboro University, an MBA from Pepperdine University and has an accomplished background in business.
He started ProGrowth over 15 years ago because he had a belief that purposeful and passionate service professionals can build great businesses, thereby creating substantial value for themselves and for their firms, because they control the pathways to a successful business.
This belief is grounded in the tenet that purposeful, intentional and passionate service professionals invest heavily in their education and have worked hard to acquire the skills to make a significant difference in their client's life or business. Great skills however, do not necessarily translate into a great business. To build a great business requires getting the right referrals from the right people to the right clients. It was clear to him, that to be successful requires more than just showing up at networking events hoping someone will give a referral. It requires a well thought out strategy and execution to build a great business, particularly in the hyper competitive environment we all operate in today.
To support service professionals, he created a comprehensive approach to ensure that professionals who want to succeed have all of the elements to understand how to build a great business that will create significant value for them in the marketplace. Professionals are able to achieve the business success they want and can to do it efficiently and effectively.
The various ProGrowth programs continually focus on all aspects that can positively impact a professional’s business. Whether it is our TEAM program, Premier or the rainmaker workshops, the common denominator is to insure that professionals have a roadmap to success without leaving anything to chance.
The ProGrowth methodology has changed the lives of hundreds of professional allowing them to achieve a level of success they did not believe was possible. Ken believes success can be achieved by any professional who is willing to follow the path he and his team have created. He understands that professionals must be focused and be willing to work diligently but, he also knows that if a service professional does the right things he/she will get the right results.
