About ProGrowth

ProGrowth, Inc. is an eleven year old Southern California based firm that has help hundreds of service professionals of various disciplines become high performing contributors to their firm’s long term economic growth by growing their books of businesses in a purposeful methodical way. The ProGrowth experience has had a profound impact on the professional lives as well as the personal lives of our members.

The ProGrowth TEAM program is unique and has begun to create regional communities of high performing professionals. Members are committed to their individual success and they understand that working together in a supportive environment where experiences and ideas are shared and members are held accountable to each other, the success of all members will reach a level none could achieve on their own.

The Regional Managing Director Role

Our strong regional communities will connect to our national community. Each of our designated regions will support 1,000 to 5,000 high performing members. At the heart of the ProGrowth TEAM experience will be our RMD. Each is an independent contractor and serves as an organizer, facilitator and advisor to ensure that each ProGrowth TEAM member’s experience gives them the opportunity to grow their practices and improve the quality of their professional and personal lives.

What Can An RMD Expect?


You will have the opportunity to impact the lives of many people in your business community. Helping people is fundamental to your success. As the leader of a ProGrowth TEAM Region you will be overseeing high performing service providers who want to get the most from their ProGrowth experience. You will facilitate TEAM formation by advising the TEAM leaders and their executive committees and helping them recruit quality professionals to fill out their TEAM. You will meet with TEAMs periodically to give them guidance on maximizing their mutual opportunities to help one another. As the Regional Leader, you will facilitate a monthly regional breakfast to help members meet members from other TEAMs in the region and have a discussion on marketplace intelligence from the perspective of the disciplines represented.

Your role as a ProGrowth TEAM RMD provides a deeper sense of purpose. It is not just about making money; it is about impacting on your business community and improving the lives of others. As you see the high performing members of your region begin to experience breakthroughs that have a meaningful impact on their success, individually and collectively, you will understand how incredibly rewarding your role is to the lives of the people that you lead. Your members will grow and so will you.

You will build a high level of trust and at times it will be challenging to listen or observe a situation that is not in the best interests of the members of a TEAM or the community. But, your leadership will allow you to patiently listen without judging and to resolve matters quickly, fairly and with integrity. Your members will appreciate your guiding them through the tough times and pushing them to reach levels that they never thought possible. The respect and admiration which you will earn will be extremely satisfying.

Does The Income Potential Make It Worthwhile? Is There An Investment?

As an independent contractor, you choose the time commitment and income requirements that fit your personal situation. Each of our regions will support 1,000 members at minimum. After a ramp up period, you will have the opportunity to develop income from $250K to over $750K in annuity-like income per year depending on the number of members in your region. Your only investment is time. The financial rewards increase as you attract new members and more TEAMs are formed.

With your leadership and the multi-dimensional benefits our members receive relative to the cost you should expect a high retention rate. Each year your income will grow as you build the community. Your members will help attract new members. We have incentive programs in place to incentivize members to refer other professionals to the community. For each new member that is referred the existing member gets a credit of $100 reduction in their annual renewal fee. Your members will see your hard work and they will want to support you. You will also benefit by firms who have already experienced ProGrowth TEAM in other regions and they have regional offices in your area.

What Are The Requirements To Become A ProGrowth TEAM RMD?

The RMD role requires a high degree of integrity and work ethic. It demands an individual who has prior experience as a high performing service professional who has either developed a successful book of business or has been a leader in helping others become high performers and develop a book of business. It needs an individual who has a fundamental desire to help others who want to be high performers and reach beyond their own self imposed capabilities.

  • Strong leadership skills, self confidence and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Self Starter with the capability to want to build a region of at least 1,000 high performing members.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge service professionals and hold them accountable for what they are committed to.
  • Strong social and business network within the region.
  • Ability to facilitate, listen, probe, challenge and bring people together.
