Each region is made up of members who are service professionals of various disciplines who join ProGrowth™ to benefit from using the system to capture the clients they need. So that they are not out there by themselves any longer trying to do it all, they either join or develop their own TEAM (15 members) who learn their businesses, extend them in the marketplace and serve as their personal Board of Advisors. Each region will develop between 30- 100 TEAMs. As a member of the regional and national communities, a member has access to members from other TEAMs who may have the ability to drive clients to them. 

The Regional Director manages all recruiting and training of new members within the region. Working with the national ProGrowth™ organization, the RD will execute their sales & marketing plan for the region which is designed to achieve their personal desired revenue goals. They are responsible for lead generation, lead follow up, prospect visits, demonstrations, new member orientation training, Rainmaker Workshop training (if certified), monitoring the quality standards of each of their TEAMs, and ensuring the expansion of ProGrowth™ across their entire region. 

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS 

The RD role requires a high degree of integrity and work ethic. It demands an individual who has prior experience as a service professional who has either developed a successful book of business or has been a leader in helping others develop a book of business. It needs an individual who has a fundamental desire to help others who want to be high performers and reach beyond their own self imposed capabilities. 

• Strong leadership skills, self confidence and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Self Starter with the capability to want to build a business centered on helping others achieve a higher level of success
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge service professionals and hold them accountable for what they are committed to.
• Ability to facilitate, listen, probe, challenge and bring people together.
• Outstanding networking and rainmaking skills
• A strong record of sales accomplishments
• Ability to conduct effective training workshops 

This is a unique opportunity with no upfront fees. Your principal investment is time. The financial rewards increase as you attract new members and more TEAMs are formed. 

As an independent contractor, you choose the time commitment and income requirements that fit your personal situation. After a ramp up period, you will have the opportunity to develop annual income from $150K to over $750K, depending on the number of members in your region. Should you elect to become a Certified ProGrowth™ Instructor for our Rainmaker Workshop program, you will receive proper training to conduct these sessions. It affords you an additional attractive revenue stream and another source for recruiting new members into the TEAM program. 

With your leadership and the multi-dimensional benefits our members receive relative to the cost, you should expect a high retention rate within your region. Each year your income will grow as your regional community grows.  

Your members will take an active role in recruiting new members. This is an exclusive organization. Our marketing dollars are used to help members reduce their renewal fees by introducing the community to other high performing professionals who to can benefit from being a part of the community. It is a win-win. Our members are afforded a reduction in their renewal fee for every new member they help become a member and the community benefits by becoming stronger through the efforts of the members identifying the right people who can make a difference. In essence, you will be creating a region of “raving fans” who will actively recruit and expand your organization with the right professionals who are the high performers.
