THE OPPORTUNITY – A ProGrowth Premier Chair Practice
If you’re pondering the next phase of your career we invite you to consider the rewarding experience of starting a ProGrowth Premier Chair practice in your area. A ProGrowth Premier Peer Group consists of ten service professionals of various disciplines. You will coach each member of the group, helping them achieve the full potential of their business/practice, using the proven ProGrowth™ System.
You will use your considerable experience as a service professional by providing personal insight and perspectives on member issues, facilitating a peer-group advisory board, and holding the professionals accountable to their established goals through one-to-one coaching sessions.
As a ProGrowth™ Premier Chair, you will:

The ProGrowth™ Premier program is designed to provide the structure, support and safe environment for a member to confidently build a great business. The member’s chair/coach and their advisory board provide the mentoring and support so that the member never feels alone and is continually stimulated to achieve positive results.
A new member has an initial planning session with you, their coach. As coach, you help the member create a 3 year plan using the ProGrowth™ System to cover what the member would like to achieve both personally and professionally. The system has been developed, tested, and refined by hundreds of service professionals over many years. Effective use of this system creates highly predictable results, building a “book of business” more effectively than any other system currently available. The system and its tools are all online so that the member always has access to it.
Once the 3 year plan has been created, the member and you as their coach, set goals on what will be accomplished in the first year. The plan for the first 90 days is then developed. Finally, the first 30 day plan is extracted and you and the member begin the journey together. As the coach, you and the member meet once each month for an hour to review monthly objectives and to address issues relative to achieving a member’s goals.
The member also meets with their Peer Advisory Board Group each month for a three hour session. Each group consists of 10 members and is facilitated by you, the chair/coach. The meetings are designed to allow members to put common issues on the table and to seek honest straight forward advice and counsel from the chair and other members on issues impacting their business. As part of the meeting and discussion, the chair/ coach will also present a topic each month that has direct impact on the individual’s ability to succeed.
EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
The ProGrowth Premier Chair/Coach role requires a high degree of integrity and work ethic. To understand a member’s issues, demands an individual who has extensive experience as a service professional and who has successfully built and sustained a book of business. The individual must enjoy helping others who want to be high performers so that they reach beyond their own self-imposed capabilities.

- Strong leadership skills, self-confidence and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Successful track record having built a sustainable business as a service professional
- Self-Starter with the capability to want to build a business centered on helping others achieve a higher level of success
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge service professionals and hold them accountable for what they are committed to achieving
- Ability to facilitate, listen, probe, challenge and bring people together
- Involved in your local business community
- Ability to conduct effective meetings
INCOME POTENTIAL
This is a unique opportunity with no upfront fees. Your principal investment is time. The financial rewards increase as you attract new members and form your ProGrowth Premier Peer groups. While you will benefit from the reputation and branding of ProGrowth, it does require you to seek out and inspire professionals to want to work with you.
Each peer group (10 members) will require a total time commitment of 10 hours of actual coaching (using a web based online meeting tools) and 3 hours of in person facilitation each month. You can expect that administrative time will add 3 to 5 hours per month per group, depending on the number of peer groups a chair/ coach wants to facilitate.
