ProGrowth’s methodology has been tested over the last ten years through our coaching program and has proven to work. Now that you have taken the initiative to get involved, we know you must be passionate, purposeful, and intentional about having a successful practice in terms of the help you provide your clients and the income and revenue you generate for yourself. Our Integrated Practice Management System© will help you design, develop and implement an action plan with all of the necessary components to achieve your income and revenue goals. Success is assured if you follow our complete program.

We have made our Integrated Practice Management System© web-based for two reasons: (1) All components needed to effectively run your business are located in one central location and to ensure that no matter where you are in the world, you always have access to the tools that help you on the” business side” of your practice. (2) To connect you to the members of your team and to all members within the ProGrowth TEAM Community. You will find it will make it very convenient for you to develop relationships with others in the community.

One of the keys to success in this program is building a relationship system in line with the goals you have set for your business/ practice. You will work collaboratively on a TEAM with other service professionals who share your values and are as passionate, purposeful, and intentional about their businesses as you are.

As a contributing member of your team, it is your job to thoroughly learn the profiles of your TEAM members so that you can efficiently help them achieve their goals. Always come to your TEAM meeting prepared to discuss the status of your practice and how you are doing relative to your goals. As each member updates the TEAM listen carefully for ways that you may be able to help them. Use the tools available to you to stay connected to your TEAM members.

We are asking you to put forth the effort and invest time in yourself to ensure your future. We can assure you the results will be worth the effort.
