This workshop teaches participants a proven business development/revenue generating system on how to build and sustain a great business, drive revenue to their firm and create greater income and value for themselves.

Deliverables
At the conclusion of the workshop, all participants will have the following:
- DISC Profile which identifies the participant’s social style.
- What this means to you, your career, and your relationships.
- Your strengths and weaknesses
- How to optimize your interactions
- A comprehensive plan which addresses these specific areas:
- Amount of personal income desired
- Amount of new business revenue needed to achieve desired income
- Number of clients and average revenue per client needed to achieve revenue objectives.
- Specific market and market segments that clients will come from.
- Your Unique Value Proposition
- Your 30-second “elevator pitch.”
- Proven activities and marketing strategies to create greater visibility and branding within the marketplace.
- Specific strategic, operational, personnel and financial issues which may be considered in the participant's plan.
- A relationship system including the knowledge and understanding of how to build it and sustain it to get the referrals wanted with a high degree of certainty.
- A monthly monitoring system designed to keep the participant on course to achieving the business objectives identified in their plan.
- A professional profile or”one sheet” that the participant may use as a means of introduction or as a leave behind when meeting with others.
- The understanding of how to create a mastermind group to extend each member within the marketplace.
- A personal password protected online system which houses all of the tools each particpant will learn and use.
Online Access
Each participant will set up their own profile within the ProGrowth portal and will have access for a full year. All of the materials used in this workshop will be housed online and will be password protected. Participants will have access to their materials 24/7 so that if they want to make any adjustments or print off any of their completed documents they may do so.
Size of Workshops
A firm may have up to 10 participants in a workshop session. This is a hands-on training session.Participants are given personal attention throughout the day so class size is important for instruction.
Place of Workshops
All sessions will either be at the offices of the sponsoring firm or an off-site location arranged by the firm. Each participant will come to the session with a laptop and the firm will insure that all participants have access to the Internet either through WiFi or hardwire.
Workshop Times
The workshop will begin promptly at 8 a.m. Participants should plan to arrive by 7:30 at the designated location so that they may prepare their laptops and be ready to go. The morning session is 8 a.m. to 12 noon and the afternoon session will be 1-4 p.m.

Instructors are trained and certified in the ProGrowth System and its methodology
Workshop Fees
The fee for a full day workshop is $5,000 for up to 10 participating individuals.
